1. Character and Knowledge Development
​Grounded in Pancasila, these programs strengthen spiritual capital by instilling core values and a strong moral foundation.

Reading for the Future (RFF) Campaign: This is a national literacy initiative to spark curiosity and character through reading. RFF addresses Indonesia’s literacy crisis by promoting lifelong reading habits from an early age.​
​
Reading Camps & Literacy Events: Nationwide reading camps and engaging events (workshops, seminars, student gatherings) introduce children aged 6–15 to reading as a joyful, transformative experience.

Character Training for Youth Aged 5–35: This program fosters discipline, empathy, and purpose, preparing them to be responsible, values-driven citizens.​​

2. Soft Skills and Social Capital
​We equip youth with essential soft skills to lead, collaborate, and thrive in a fast-changing world.

Soft Skilling Program: Focused on mindset shift, communication, teamwork, and leadership. Includes book clubs to promote critical thinking and lifelong learning.

Workshops & Student Gatherings: Interactive spaces where youth explore personal growth, leadership, and community engagement.
3. Vocational Skills and Economic Empowerment
​We build human capital by preparing youth for the world of work, entrepreneurship, and self-reliance.

Vocational Skilling: Practical, hands-on training in trades and technical skills. Offered during school breaks for students and year-round for non-students.

Talent Identification & Development: A platform for youth to develop skills in sports, music, and the arts—turning natural talent into real opportunity.

Start-Up & Entrepreneur Support: Business training, mentorship, and access to funding for aspiring entrepreneurs.

Incubation Hub: A dedicated space for start-ups to grow, connect, and access resources—turning ideas into sustainable impact.
Study or Train in the U.S.: Guidance and mentorship for pursuing academic studies or professional training in the United States—including practical steps, resources, and personalized support to help you succeed.
